Googly Eye Pictures

Lydia stood mesmerized, her eyes transfixed on the sight before her.  The words had appeared suddenly and without warning from out of nowhere.

She mouthed them silently to herself, not understanding their meaning but knowing it was somehow important, perhaps more important than any words ever uttered from her beautiful crimson lips.

“All… Googly… dot com?”  she wispered, pondering what these seemingly nonsensecal words could possibly mean.

“What’s a dot com?” she wondered, and even more so she wondered what it meant that it was “all googly” and why her eyes suddenly felt so loose and wobbley, almost as if they were made of plastic and stuck over her real eyes.

“I… I must need more sleep.”  Lydia said, shaking her head, feeling her eyes roll back in forth in her head on their own accord, but when her eyes stopping wiggling and became still… she could see that the watermark was still there.  Silent.  Cool.  Irremovable as the fear in her heart.

She then knew that the watermark would forever be before her, from now… and forever.
