“Hello, and welcome to “Yoga with Starshine Flamingo”.  Let’s get started with a basic pose.”

“Just stretch your legs out to the side as far as you can, making sure to breathe properly.”

“Now grab each foot with your hands and gently pull them back until you have them fully behind your back.”

“Now pull your head through your arms and twist them past your legs.  A gentle popping noise may accompany this pose.  Don’t forget to breathe.”

“And return to the starting position.  Ahh, nothing relaxes my muscles more than this series of poses.  Let’s move on to the advanced positions…”
