I recently had a very googly meal from Hot Azteca’s food truck.

I had a wonderful salad with avacodo, cheese, a nice dressing and these yummy spicy crisps.

But the chipotle shrimp tacos were the best. I definitely suggest this food truck to my fellow St. Louis food truck enthusiasts.

“Howdy, folks! Feelin’ a little hungry?”

“Well then, come on down to my airstream trailer and try out our excellent breakfast tacos! Don’t want one? Then have one for free!”

“HEY! I didn’t leave my multi-billion dollar company just for nothin’! These things are good! You’re not leaving sixth street until you have a taco, alright!”

“Alright, let’s get this fiesta started! We’ve got beers, we’ve got snacks, we’ve got music, and… hold on a second…”

“HEY, TAQUITO!!! Nobody invited you! Get lost, pal! Your kind isn’t welcome around here.”

Saturday I spent the day outside with three of my favorite friends: Brisket Taco, Two-Tone Beans, and Mr. Mojito. It was a beautiful day with some of the most beautiful clouds I’ve seen in a long time.
I also had the company of the lovely Lady Ann who was willing to endure a few good hours of my drunken existential ramblings.
I was going to put googly eyes on her, but forgot. Oh well. Perhaps next time.

NOTE: Food and drink from The Royale in St. Louis. You really have got to try the brisket tacos if you’re a meat eater. They are probably the most delicious thing in the world.
